This ServiceNow Applications Trainer will design, develop, and maintain system training for new and current end-users for assigned applications across the Nebraska Medicine enterprise and community connect partners. This includes the development and maintenance of designated application materials, assessments, training support documents, e-learnings, and other educational materials. Responsible for preparation and evaluation of Credentialed Trainers for designated applications at Nebraska Medicine and our community connect sites. Assist the Applications Training Lead with additional job functions such as attending application and/or project team meetings. Assist the Credentialed Trainers with additional job functions such as some classroom training, providing at the elbow support to end users, administering test outs and assessments, or other training related tasks. Communicate changes and/or updates needed to training environment build to Applications Training Leads in a timely manner. Communicate changes and/or updates made to training environment build and associated curriculum in a timely manner.
